Rates

Prime Season: 25 May - 30 Sept	$225
Spring/Fall season: 1 Oct - 15 Nov/1 Apr - 25 May	$150
Off-season: 15 Nov - 31 Mar	$100

• All rates for up to 4 people. Add $30 per night per additional person.
• 3 night minimum ($675)
• 7-day weekly rate $1,500
• Check in is 5:00 PM
• Check out time is 12:00 noon except for 3 day rentals or rentals that end on Sunday
• Saturday arrivals will result in an additional charge for Friday night.
• Holiday Weekends - Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day $350 per night
• Montana lodging tax of 7% will be added to the total due

Down Payments

A down payment of $300 is due with the signed rental agreement reservation. The remaining payment is due 30 days before the start of rental occupancy. The signed rental agreement must be received within 10 days of making reservation.

Security Deposit

A $500 security deposit is due with the signed rental agreement. The deposit will be returned within 14 days after the rental is completed and the lakehouse is inspected and found satisfactory and nothing is missing.

Time Frame

A week normally runs Sunday evening at 5:00 PM. through Sunday noon but can be negotiated to start and/or end at different times. However, a week cannot start on a a Saturday without paying for Friday night.

Information Needed

No references are necessary but we would like information about the number of people staying at the lakehouse and your phone number and address. We will send you a rental agreement to be to be signed and returned after we receive the initial deposit.
